An Ohio Transportation Bond Measure, Issue 1 was on the November 5, 1968 general election ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1]
The question on the ballot was, "To permit the issuance of bonds or other obligations for highways and for other public capital improvements in Ohio."
