Ohio Issue 1, a Liquor Home Rule Initiative, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Ohio as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was narrowly approved.
Issue 1 amended Section 9a of Article XV of the Ohio Constitution.
Issue 1 from 1914 was the first time that voters in Ohio approved a citizen-initiated statewide ballot measure.
