Ohio Issue No. 2 was on the November 7, 1922 ballot in Ohio as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

Issue 2 would have imposed a debt limitation on counties, school districts, townships, municipal corporations or other political subdivisions. It would have amended Section 13 of Article VIII of the Ohio Constitution.
