Ohio Issue 4, a
Prohibition on the Sale of Alcohol Initiative, was on the
November 3, 1914 ballot in
Ohio as an
initiated constitutional amendment, where it was
defeated.
It dealt with the prohibition of the sale and the manufacture for sale and importation for sale of intoxicating liquor as a beverage.
If Issue 4 had been approved, it would have amended Section 9 of Article XV of the Ohio Constitution.
