The Ohio Charity Bingo Amendment, also known as Amendment 9, was on the November 4, 1975 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed for the operation of bingo by charitable organizations for charitable purposes.[1][2][3]
