Ohio Initiated Issue 1 was on the November 4, 1913 ballot in Ohio as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

Initiated Issue 1, if it had passed, would have reduced the number of members of the Ohio State Legislature by amending Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Article XI of the Ohio Constitution.

Initiated Issue 1 in 1913 was the very first initiated measure to appear on an Ohio ballot.
