Initiated Issue 1, if it had passed, would have reduced the number of members of the Ohio State Legislature by amending Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Article XI of the Ohio Constitution.
Initiated Issue 1 in 1913 was the very first initiated measure to appear on an Ohio ballot.
