Ohio Referendum 1 was on the November 4, 1919 ballot in Ohio as a veto referendum, where it was very narrowly defeated.

Referendum 1 was a measure ratifying national prohibition. It targeted a statute, SJR 4, enacted by the Ohio State Legislature.
