The Ohio Legislative Salaries Act, appearing on the ballot as Issue 1, was on the May 7, 1974 statewide primary ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. It proposed to equalize the salary of the state's public officers and the members of the Ohio State Legislature.

This ballot measure was referred to the ballot by the Ohio State Legislature. It failed, with 45% of voters in favor.
