Ohio Worker's Compensation Act (1997)

Ohio Issue 2, also known as Am. S.B. No. 45--Relating to and Amending Ohio's Workers' Compensation Laws, was on the November 4, 1997 election ballot in Ohio. It was defeated, with 43% of voters in favor.

The language that appeared on the ballot:

NOTE: A "yes" vote approves the law passed by the General Assembly. A "no" vote rejects the law passed by the General Assembly. Thus, SB 45 was rejected by the voters.
