LR State Question No. 697 Tax & Revenue Makes changes to the law that allows businesses to be exempt from property tax for up to five years. Approved
LR State Question No. 698 Initiative Process Changes the number of legal voters needed to propose an amendment to the law of this state. Defeated
LR State Question No. 701 State Budgets Changes certain procedures related to the tobacco trust fund. It changes the way it is determined how much money in the fund may be spent each year. Defeated
LR State Question No. 702 Tax & Revenue Allows the Legislature to pass laws permitting abatement of taxes. Approved
LR State Question No. 703 Telecom & Information Technology This measure amends the Oklahoma Constitution. It would allow the Legislature to pass certain laws, which would affect persons contracting with the State. Defeated
LR State Question No. 704 Education School districts have building funds. Property taxes are levied for this purpose. Generally, monies in these funds are used to construct school buildings. This measure would allow the building funds to be used for payment of certain costs. Defeated
