Oklahoma State Question 376 (Initiative #259) was on the December 3, 1957 ballot in Oklahoma as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.
  • Yes: 214,012 (43.7%)
  • No: 275,528 (56.3%) Defeatedd

The objective of the measure was to give full authority concerning alcohol regulation to the various counties.

Two years later, a similar measure, Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverages County Option, State Question 387 (1959), was approved.
