Oklahoma Initiative 12, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 27", was proposed by Campbell Russell A.B. Newbery in 1911.
The initiative was abandoned and never appeared on the Oklahoma ballot.
The purpose of the abandoned initiative was to pass a new constitutional amendment authorizing a state board of agriculture.
