Oklahoma Initiative 18, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 33," was proposed in 1911 by J.B. Phillips.

The initiative was abandoned and never appeared on the Oklahoma ballot.

The purpose of the abandoned initiative was to pass a new statute that would have closed some state institutions and consolidated them with others.
