Oklahoma Initiative 3 (1910)

Oklahoma Initiative 3, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 8", appeared on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Oklahoma. It was rejected by the state's voters, with 88,808 votes in favor and 128,928 against.
Has the measure passed, it would have given Oklahoma women the right to vote by striking the word "male" from Amendment 1, Section 1, of Article 3 of the Oklahoma Constitution.
