Oklahoma Initiative 358, also known as Oklahoma State Question 658 or the Oklahoma Lottery Act, was on the May 10, 1994 ballot in Oklahoma.

d It failed, with 280,152 "yes" votes and 417,586 "no" votes.

Initiative 358 would have created a new state statute, if it had passed.

The amendment would have created a state lottery operated by a created Oklahoma Lottery Authority. Approximately 50% percent of lottery money would go for prizes. After start-up costs, 35% percent of the lottery money would go to the State.
