Oklahoma Senate Bill 800, proposes to allow people who plan to circulate an initiative submit a description of their initiative for public scrutiny before they gather the signatures. Meaning, that anyone who plans to challenge the initiative must challenge the measure early in the process.

The bill was introduced by Sen. Anthony Sykes, Rep. Jason Murphey and Rep. Mike Reynolds.
