Oklahoma State Question 38, Creation of the State Board of Agriculture (1912)

Oklahoma Initiative 23, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 38", was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Oklahoma, where it was approved.

It added a new constitutional amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution, creating a state Board of Agriculture.
