The Oklahoma Creation of the State Board of Agriculture Amendment, also known as State Question 38, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Oklahoma as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure created the State Board of Agriculture, provided qualifications and duties of members and a method for electing members.[1]
