Oklahoma Initiative 25, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 40," was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Oklahoma as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

  • Yes: 86,549
  • No: 103,106

Had the measure passed, it would have created a new constitutional amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution, setting the state's capitol location in Guthrie.
