Some Oklahoma citizens are crying out at the inconsistent application of residency laws during petition drives.[1] While Attorney General Drew Edmundson allowed for out-of-state circulators to defeat cockfighting but is bringing an indictment against the Oklahoma 3 for out-of-state circulators.[2]

Pay-per-Signature targeted in Oklahoma

Oklahoma Democratic Rep. Mike Shelton is planning to file a bill that would make it illegal for paid circulators to be paid by the signature.
