A Ontario School District Levy Addition measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the school district of Ottawa, which is in Richland County.

This measure was defeated

YES 1,708 (34.4%)
NO 3,259 (65.6%) d ^[1]

This measure sought to add to the current school levy setting it to a rate of 6.5 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for emergency requirements as needed by the school district.^[2]
