An Orchard Prairie School District 123 Tax Levy Replacement proposition was approved on the February 12, 2013 election ballot in Spokane County, which is in Washington.

The Board of Directors of Orchard Prairie School District No. 123 adopted Resolution No. 12-2 concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. Shall the following taxes for the purpose of maintenance and operations of Orchard Prairie School District No. 123, be levied upon

all taxable property within the District in excess of all regular property tax levies:
