Oregon 2012 ballot measures

Nine ballot measures were certified for the 2012 ballot in the state of Oregon.
- Four measures were approved and five were defeated.
- Two measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments, four were initiated state statutes, and the three were initiated constitutional amendments.
- The deadline for filing signatures for the November 2012 ballot was July 6, 2012.[1]. According to the Oregon Secretary of State (dead link) a total of 43 initiatives have been filed as of January 1, 2012.
- The 2011 legislative session began February 1 and ended on June 30.
- The 2012 state legislative session began on February 1, 2012 and ended on March 6, 2012. Legislative referrals could have been sent to the 2012 ballot during this time.
