The Oregon Bonds for Pollution Control Amendment, also known as Measure 2, was on the May 15, 1990 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the Pollution Control Board to issue bonds for pollution control and related activities.[1]
