Oregon Ballot Measure 1 (June) was on the statewide June 27, 1989 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.
Measure 1 removed from the Oregon Constitution a limitation on the state's use of property forfeited to it.
It was referred to the ballot by the state legislature as a proposed amendment to the Oregon Constitution.
