Oregon Ballot Measure 2 (June) was on the statewide June 27, 1989 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. It was overwhelmingly approved, with 90.2% voting in favor.

Measure 2 added an amendment to the Oregon Constitution that says that timber from state lands can't be sold/exported unless it is processed in Oregon.

It was referred to the ballot by the state legislature as a proposed amendment to the Oregon Constitution.
