Oregon Ballot Measure 37 (1996) was an initiated state statute in Oregon. It failed. The goal of the initiative was to expand the types of beverage containers that required a deposit.

The campaign consultant hired by those opposed to the measure was Winner & Mandabach Campaigns.[1]
