The Oregon Annual Legislative Sessions of Limited Duration Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the May 15, 1990 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have required annual legislative sessions of limited duration.[1]
