Oregon City Annexation Questions, 2 (May 2012)

Two Oregon City Annexation Questions were on the May 15, 2012 ballot in the city of Oregon city which is in Clackamas County.

Both measures were defeated^[1]

These two measures sought to allow the annexation of two separate properties which would be used for residential development if annexed. The first proposal had been on the November 2011 ballot but had to be removed because of a flaw in the ballot title language. Both plots of land are owned by different people.^[2]
