An Oregon City School District tax levy vote took place on August 4, 2009 in Lucas County for voters in the Oregon City School District.

The tax levy request was defeated by a wide margin.

In the wake of the defeat, the Ohio City Schools school board is thinking about whether to put the same measure on the November 3 ballot.^[1]
