The Oregon Deadline for Filing Vacancies at General Election Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure changed the deadline for filing candidacy for elective official vacancies from 20 to 61 days before the general election.[1]
