Oregon Ballot Measure 54 (2008) is an initiated constitutional amendment that would have cities in Oregon the authority to regulate strip acts, despite the current "Free-expression" clause in the Oregon Constitution.[1]

This initiative was withdrawn by Mannix because he failed to raise enough money and couldn't attain enough signatures through volunteer petitioners.[2]
