The Oregon Income Tax Increase and School Property Tax Elimination Question, also known as Measure 5C, was on the May 15, 1990 ballot in Oregon as an advisory question, where it was defeated. The measure demonstrated voter disapproval for increasing the income tax to eliminate homeowner school property taxes.[1]
