The Oregon Organization of International Port of Coos Bay Act, also known as Measure 4, was on the May 15, 1990 ballot in Coos County in Oregon as a legislatively-referred state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have amended laws on the organization of the International Port of Coos Bay.[1]
