Medford, Oregon man posts vote on eBay for $100. Travis Lowe was notified by the Oregon Secretary of State's office that it was a felony to sell a vote and also to photograph the ballot to prove how he voted. Lowe thought it would be fun, but said he did not realize it would be illegal. He had not yet received a bid on his vote. An elections division compliance specialist says charges will probably not be pursued. Currently, ballots are not yet contained on the eBay list of prohibited items. [1]
