Oroville City Emergency Medical Levy Proposition (November 2012)
If approved, this proposition authorizes Oroville City to impose a property tax of &0.25 per $1,000 of assessed valuation in addition to the regular property tax rate for six years. This additional tax will be used to fund emergency medical care and ambulance services.

|“||Shall the City of Oroville be allowed to impose an additional property tax levy in an amount of TWENTY-FIVE Cents ($.25) per ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000) of assessed value of property in the City, in each year, for six (6) consecutive years, for the provision of emergency medical care and ambulance services, to be levied for the District in 2012 for collection in 2013 and subsequent years through 2018.
