This measure sought to renew the current library levy which is set at a rate of $.075 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for current expenses of the library.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Orrville Public Library for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 0.75 mill for each one dollar valuation, which amounts to seven and one-half cents ($0.075) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3]
