Oshkosh Area School District Elementary School Bond (2009)

Defeated, with 10,165 "no" votes and 3,777 "yes" votes. [2]

Wording of referendum
Be it resolved by the School Board of the Oshkosh Area School District, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, that there shall be issued, pursuant to Chapter 67, Wisconsin Statutes, General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of constructing and equipping a new elementary school to replace the existing Oaklawn Elementary School and former Sunset Elementary School to be lcoated [sic] on the Ryf Road property currently owned by the Oshkosh Area School District.
