Shall Fire District No. 5 levy upon the regular taxable property within the District, in addition to its regular levy, the sum of $93,072.00 (approximately $.87898 per thousand of assessed valuation) for the year 2012 for the purpose of providing emergency medical care and ambulance services to its citizens?
