A Palm Beach County Charter Amendment measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Palm Beach County.

This measure sought to amend the county charter so that an ordinance would be enacted which would establish a Commission on Ethics for the county as well as an Inspector General, funded by the county budget.[2] This charter amendment was brought forth in an effort to curb corruption in the county. Proponents noted that the county needed consistent rules which would seek out potential corruption. The exact payment of the commission hadr not been planned out.[3]
