|SHALL PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT R‐3 TAXES BE INCREASED UP TO $750,000 ANNUALLY FOR THE NEXT THREE YEARS TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS, ‐ REMAIN COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN SALARY AND BENEFITS PAID TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN HIGH QUALITY TEACHERS AND STAFF, ‐ RESTORE FUNDING FROM RECURRING BUDGETARY REDUCTIONS IN THE AREAS OF: CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, TECHNOLOGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE, AND CAPITAL PROJECTS, AND ‐ REDUCE THE NEED TO SPEND THE DISTRICT RESERVE FUND BALANCE TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR K‐12 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.|
