Conway won a special election held February 2, 2010 to replace Edward Wildberger, who resigned to become Buchanan County’s recorder of deeds.[1]
Conway is a Vietnam veteran. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Missouri Western State University.
Conway served as County Clerk of Buchanan County from 1983-2010.
