A Pataskala Public Library Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Licking County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Southwest Licking School District to renew a property tax levy of 0.5 mills ($0.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the expenses of the Pataskala Public Library.[1]
