Patrick Hisel was a 2012 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 28th Congressional District of Texas.

Hisel was defeated by Democratic incumbent Henry Cuellar on November 6, 2012.[1]

Hisel ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 28th District. He ran as a Libertarian candidate. He ran against William Hayward (R), incumbent Henry Cuellar (D), and Michael Cary (G) in the November 6, 2012, general election[2]
