Patrick McGrady was a Republican candidate for District 34A of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

McGrady ran against Glen Glass, Randolph Craig and John Paff, Jr. in the September 14 primary. Advancing to the general election he faced Democrats Marla Posey-Moss and Mary-Dulany James (incumbent).
McGrady lost in the general election on November 2, 2010, coming in third. Two seats were available in the district.[1]
