Lewis worked as the Comptroller of Berg, Carmolli & Kent, Inc. for 18 years. Before that, she worked for Abare, Nicholls, Donaghy & Belcher, PC. In 2004, she was elected Treasurer and Tax Collector for the Town of Berlin. She is currently a member of the Central Vermont Regional Public Safety Committee.
