Jabour worked as a Pell-Beard Scholar Intern for the University of Rhode Island. He then worked for Providence Probate Court from 1984 to 1994. He went on to work as Chief of Staff for the Mayor's Office of the City of Providence from 2002 to 2003. He is currently Chief Clerk for the Providence Probate Court and has worked in that position since 2004. He also works as an attorney for the Law Office of Paul V. Jabour.
Jabour is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. He earned his JD from Pierce Law Center. He then received his LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
