Polson was uncontested in the June 8 primary. He was defeated by Republican K.H. Achadjian in the November 2 general election.[1]

As of September 23, 2010, Polson does not appear to have a campaign website.

Polson currently resides on the Central Coast of California in the 5 Cities area with his new wife Michelle.

He is the son of Gail Lightfoot, one of the first Libertarian party members.
