Paul Kjellander (b. July 29, 1960) is a member of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. He has served in this position since his appointment in March 2011.[1]

Biography

Kjellander is currently serving his second stint on the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. He first served from January 1999 until October 2007, when he was appointed to the new Office of Energy Resources. Kjellander was appointed again to the IPUC in April 2011. Previously, he served as a Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives from 1994 to 1999, representing District 15A.[1]
