A former justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is worried vote fraud will be ignored this election even with suspicions about the ACORN organization.
Investigations and lawsuits
Criminal cases have been filed against ACORN workers in at least two Pennsylvania counties and investigations are underway in several others, including Allegheny County.[1]
The GOP is seeking a preliminary injunction to require the state to provide better access to its registered voter file for counties and to force ACORN to undertake educational efforts and discourage falsely registered voters from going to the polls.[1]
