Two down ballot state executive positions are up for election in the state of Pennsylvania in 2012.
The primary was held on April 24, 2012 with the general election on November 6, 2012.
The Pennsylvania Auditor General election was held on November 6, 2012. The primary took place on May 8, 2012. Incumbent Jack Wagner (D) is term-limited and could not seek re-election. He was first elected in 2004. State representatives Eugene DePasquale (D) and John Maher (R) faced off in the general election along with third party candidate Betsy Summers, which was won by DePasquale.[1]

The Pennsylvania Treasurer election was held on November 6, 2012. The primary took place on April 24, 2012. Incumbent Rob McCord (D) won re-election.[5] He was first elected in 2008.
